John is a perfectionist. He has learnt Google SketchUp, planned and built the entire thing as a CAD model. It's a meticulously detailed and thoughtful design, and is currently mid build. The images are based on the model he made, and probably don't do justice to how good the house will actually look when it's finished - all testament to my dad's incredible level of expertise. I still strive to be as good as this.
